Referral Commission - Bruepact Business Brokers refers all enquiries to the Seller to enable direct contact with the prospective Buyer and Bruepact Business Brokers does not screen or qualify the buyer.

After submitting the details of the business being offered for sale and choosing the Referral Option, the Seller should e-mail us and we will e-mail you, by return, a contract which you, the Seller, are required to complete and fax or post back to us.

On receipt of the contract, please contact us directly if you require an explanation of or any amendment and addition to the terms.

Please note that listings will only be activated on our receipt of the agreement or bona fide evidence that the agreement has been signed.
 

The contract must be signed, witnessed and mailed (or, if urgent, faxed and the original mailed) to Bruepact Business Brokers. On receipt of the signed contract, your business will be listed and will then be available and visible to all visitors to the Bruepact Business Brokers Website.
 

Full Brokerage Commission – Enquiries come directly to Bruepact Business Brokers who screen prospective buyers, set up appointments, negotiate and manage and if required, prepare and monitor the sale agreement.
